Christmas 2024 Shipping Deadlines

Due to the ongoing Canada Post Strike, and high seasonal volume, we are anticipating delays in shipping.  We will be monitoring closely and adjusting deadlines as needed.  We suggest ordering early to ensure receiving orders prior to Christmas.  Our suggested deadlines to ensure Christmas arrivals:

  • USA – Dec 8
  • Canada – Ontario, Northern Canada, Quebec & Maritimes – Dec 13 noon PST
  • Canada – BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan & Manitoba – Dec 16 noon PST
  • BC lower mainland, & Vancouver Island – Dec 19
  • Victoria and Saanich Peninsula Delivery – Dec 22
  • In-store pick-up closes Dec 24 4pm

Free curbside and in store pickup. You will be notified via email when your purchase is ready.
Free Delivery in Greater Victoria from Saanich Peninsula to Langford for any order over $50.
Canada – Free Shipping over $150(before taxes) – Flat rate of $15 for any order under $150.

Delivery Schedule:
Sidney, North Saanich, Central Saanich, Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Vic West, Colwood, and Langford. 
Excludes Metchosin, Sooke, Malahat and the Gulf Islands.
We delivery weekly, based on our regular supply trips into Victoria.   If orders are urgent, please call us at 778-426-3088 to arrange.

USA – Free Shipping over $150 to mainland USA. $15 flat rate for any order under $150 to mainland USA. All duties or taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

International shipping outside Canada and USA not available at this time. Call or e-mail us to discuss options.

  • All items will be sent out within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.
  • Orders are subject to change due to product availability. You will be notified within 24 hours if an item is no longer available.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

For Online Purchases

  • If you need to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, please e-mail ([email protected]) us with the order# and applicable item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the delivery
  • Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
    • We cannot accept returns on underwear and masks
    • We cannot accept returns on Soap Exchange items
    • We cannot accept returns on items marked clearance or final sale
  • In order to be eligible for a return/exchange the item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Cost incurred to ship item(s) back are the responsibility of the customer and COD packages will not be accepted.
  • All refunds or exchanges will be processed within 24 hours or receipt of items

For In-store and Greater Victoria Delivery Purchases

  • For Exchanges/Returns in Greater Victoria region during Covid-19 store closure please call or e-mail us for pick-up or exchange procedure.
  • 7 days for full refund if the item is in original condition: unworn, unwashed, all tags attached, with original receipt.
  • 21 days for an exchange or store credit
  • Clearance items are final sale.
  • Underwear and masks are final sale.
  • All returns without a receipt will be credited to a store gift certificate, at the lowest system price in the last 12 months.
