Delivery Schedule:
Sidney, North Saanich, Central Saanich, Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, View Royal, Vic West, Colwood, and Langford. 
Excludes Metchosin, Sooke, Malahat and the Gulf Islands.
We deliver weekly, based on our regular supply trips into Victoria.

Canada:
Free Shipping over $150(before taxes) – Flat rate of $18 for any order under $150, $15 for shipping within BC.

USA:
Due to the tariffs imposed by the US, we have decided to temporarily turn off ordering to US based customers.  We sell many items from different countries of origin which will have differing rates of tariffs.    We are happy to ship any order to the US, we just need to be transparent as to what extra fees will be charged as product crosses the border.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like to place an order.  We should be able to quickly do the tariff calculation based the items country of origin.  We thank you for your understanding.  Martin & Lisa

• If you need to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, please e-mail ([email protected]) us with the order# and applicable item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the delivery
• Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
  • We cannot accept returns on underwear.
  • We cannot accept returns on items marked clearance or final sale.
• In order to be eligible for a return/exchange the item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Cost incurred to ship item(s) back are the responsibility of the customer and COD packages will not be accepted.
• All refunds or exchanges will be processed within 24 hours or receipt of items

• For Exchanges/Returns in Greater Victoria region during Covid-19 store closure please call or e-mail us for pick-up or exchange procedure.
• 7 days for full refund if the item is in original condition: unworn, unwashed, all tags attached, with original receipt.
• 21 days for an exchange or store credit
• Clearance items are final sale.
• Underwear and masks are final sale.
• All returns without a receipt will be credited to a store gift certificate, at the lowest system price in the last 12 months.
