All our bras fit to the under-bust measure. To ensure a great fit, measure just under your bust then size down by 1-2″ for elastic support. So if you measure 30-31″ under your bust and around your chest then we would suggest you buy a size small! If your actual bust is more than 6″ difference from the bra elastic measure shown below then we would suggest you go up one size.
