Marseille’s Multipurpose Spray is an antibacterial sanitizing spray in 60 ml liquid format, made in BC, Canada. It is designed to be a versatile, effective, pure and natural yet potent, portable spray with various personal, household, and travel uses.
It consists of 5 organic, traditional essential oils as in Marseille’s Remedy Oil blend (cinnamon (true), clove, eucalyptus, lemon, and rosemary) and contains 75% pure ethanol (custom distilled from organic sugar cane). It also contains Aloe vera (plus small amounts of glycerin and distilled water), which makes it softer and less harsh on the skin than many hand sanitizers, for reliable use when needed on hands. NO polymers, carbomer thickeners, or other chemical ingredients.
It is notably Food-Grade in its ingredient profile. This means it can be safely and effectively used to:
- Sanitize toothbrushes
- Disinfect cloths and sponges (between washes)
- Spot-Clean yoga mats and gym equipment (do not use on natural rubber or polyurethane, but PVC or TPE are OK; spray on cloth first)
- Refresh socks and shoe insoles (with cautions below)
- Keep one in car, or with yourself when travelling, for use on hands after using doors, shopping carts, bank machines, public facilities and gas pumps, among others
Caution: Before use, check if your equipment or clothing is alcohol-sensitive. Generally, avoid leather, suede, silk, wool, cork, acetate and acrylics, and most synthetic fabrics, especially dark-coloured, as use can damage some materials or fade dyes. Keep away from open flames.

Caution: Do a skin test before application. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical advice right away. Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation develops. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Contraindications: Do not use on children/infants less than 2 years of age. Due to the rosemary content, avoid if pregnant.
Organic Ingredients: Cinnamon bark oil, Clove bud oil, Eucalyptus Blue Mallee oil, Lemon oil, Rosemary oil. Ingredients: Vegetable glycerin, distilled water, Aloe vera. Medicinal Ingredients: 75% alcohol (ethanol). Application: For occasional use, rub thoroughly into hands for at least 30 seconds. Allow to dry.
